Seven barrels made. The nose of red and black (how appropriate for Bombers fans!) cherries with red plum are classic Epis Pinot Noir. Nutmeg, a little earthiness and smokiness are added complex layers to the pure fruits. The palate is initially pure and juicy then becomes silky and fine with a very smooth, fine tannin finish.
As history has proven, with another five years this Pinot Noir will develop further intensity and complexity and live well for a decade.
